EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)

Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are provided to companies & their employees as confidential & professional services & resources to help employees with any problems which may be interfering with their work performance. EAP services are provided 24 hrs. per day & are just a phone call away.

A DFW is extremely benefited by the support an EAP may provide. Professional help is offered to those individuals/employees who find it particularly difficult to stop using/abusing alcohol, drugs or other substances. Our qualified & experienced EAP staff offers complete information, counseling & referrals as needed to your employees. We also provide customized & tailored education services & trainings to supervisors as well as management staff in how to effectively assist employees whose performance is affected by alcohol or drugs.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROFESSIONALS (SAP)
Trinity Harbor has established a network of Substance Abuse Professionals, SAP’s, who can provide complete pre & post evaluations/assessments as required by DOT & Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing act of 1991 (revised, February 1994). The SAP plays a crucial role in the treatment & return to work of an employee experiencing a Substance Abuse or Alcohol problem. Through Trinity Harbor EAP, SAP services are available on a timely & professional basis for the maximum benefit of your employees. Assisting your employees in accessing & receiving the best of care for their Substance Abuse problems is a critical success factor in them becoming a positive & productive force in your company again.
