All EAP contracts include a Trinity Harbor EAS local office near your business.

24 Hour On-Call Availability
The Trinity Harbor First Response Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. It insures that when your employees call their EAP in need, an EAP couselor will always answer the call. We take great pride in providing professional, courtious, and resourceful assistance to your employees.

On-Site Consultation & Education
Our team of Employee Assistance professionals can assist your company with establishing policies and procedures in regards to your EAP program and other attached services. Phone consultation is always available on our First Response hotline.  We also provide consultation to management in order to assist them with handling problem situations in the workplace.  Whatever the need, we are here to respond. On-site consultation, special training, seminars, etc., are only a phone call away.

Management & Supervisory Training
Our Employee Assistance Programming includes on-site training for management. It includes an overview of your EAP, making appropriate referrals, self-referrals, assessment and counseling procedures, and guidelines. In addition, our Work-Life Solutions provides Executive Training, Life Coaching and an array of other beneficial services for supervisors and/or management.

Employee Orientation & Training
We are always happy to come to a company and/or department to talk to staff about the services offered by their EAP. An employee orientation provides employees with general information about the EAP’s scope of services and how to utilize them. Employee Orientation is most often presented to specific departments during a regularly scheduled staff meeting or during a Work-Life Solutions workshop or seminar. Providing an orientation should strongly be considered for new employees or when a manager knows that a workgroup, or some individual staff, may be experiencing workplace stress, changes or some other concern for which the EAP can assist. The EAP offers a variety of Work-Life Solutions and interventions to assist with an array of issues that may surface with in different types of workgroups.

Assessment, Referral & Follow-up
Trained EAP professionals are always there when your employees need them and maintain continuity from the first phone call, to making an accurate referral, and then following up with the employee to confirm that they were satisifed with services received.

Individual Case Management
All employees are immediately assigned to a Client Care Specialist who serves as an advocate, making sure that every employee receives superior services throughout the duration of their need.
